Our labour intensive process is designed to obliterate all rust and corrosion, then repair, reinforce and restore any damaged areas before undersealing with our own 97% zinc epoxy treatment – which effectively galvinises the entire chassis

The stages of treatment include shotblasting, welding and application of primers and topcoat. We utilize a high-pressure shot blasting system running at 12 bar to ensure that we complete projects quickly and efficiently, completing the work in half the time of our competitors. Then our team of highly skilled fabricators and welders repair and rebuild any corroded areas on the chassis, using pre-cut pieces in most cases which reduces fabricating time.
